This project involved the extensive refurbishment of a Grade II listed office building in London WC2. Originally constructed in the early 1900s, the building features a steel frame with concrete floors and a Portland stone and brickwork façade. The works included significant structural alterations to extend the upper floor plates, together with the addition of a new eighth floor. The accommodation comprises a lower ground floor, ground floor, and eight upper floors, with office space throughout and retail units at lower ground and ground levels. The building was refurbished to Category A standard, including a new atrium and reception area, upgraded building services, and new lifts.v
