The No. 124 Brighton project involved the comprehensive structural reconfiguration and complete strip-out of the existing buildings. The works were followed by an extensive fit-out to deliver high-quality hotel accommodation, together with new bar and restaurant facilities. The project also included the construction of a new-build spa extension, enhancing the overall guest experience and strengthening the leisure offering of the development.
